I am Mosquito, also known as Chris. Welcome to Mosquito Made!

Why "Mosquito"? It seemed fitting, given I reside in central Minnesota, but in full truth it's a nickname that I've carried going all the way back to my high school tennis playing days.

Here at Mosquito Made, you will find wooden wares and other craftsman made items that I enjoy making and sharing with others.

I love the creative process of taking a unique idea and running it through to a finished project.

I have been a woodworker, maker, and general tinkerer as far back as I can remember. Whether it was Lego, Tinker Toys, K'Nex, RC cars, building Hotwheels garages out of scraps in grandpa's shop, modifying computers, or writing software, I've always enjoyed the process.

I grew up and live in the Upper Midwest, and fully embrace all seasons, from sub zero winters to... well, maybe not the 100F+ summers and -30F winters, but I do enjoy snow, and I enjoy summers on the river equally, and for different reasons.
